At Auto Essentials Co., we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a return policy subject to the following terms:
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Certain items, such as custom orders or final sale items, are not eligible for return. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
Restocking Fee
- All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at Help@AutoEssentialsCo.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, minus the restocking fee.
Non-Refundable Items
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Any items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for a refund.
